Vertical Reservoirs

An increasing number of people today are thinking about staying or living in a natural environment, often in places that are quite far from the city and where there is no developed water and sewage network. Such places are fully accessible for normal life thanks to modern solutions for the storage of technical and drinking water.

Plastic tanks are most often used as water tanks, but they can also be used for collecting rainwater, for drip irrigation, for storing alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, for fruit fermentation, septic tanks, for wastewater treatment and chemical storage (high resistance ).

According to the client's needs, horizontal tanks can be installed above ground, underground or as mobile tanks. Thanks to the impermeability during use, i.e. resistance to internal hydrostatic pressure, terrain pressure in the case of underground tanks and resistance to the dynamic movement of fluids in mobile tanks, the use of plastic horizontal tanks is completely safe and safe for the environment.

Material

Tanks are made by spiral winding (extrusion), whereby the plastic mass is wound on steel drums of different diameters. The material from which they are made depends on the contents that are intended to be stored, as well as on other conditions - temperature, place of storage (indoors or outdoors), aggressiveness of the contents (if acid is stored), etc... They are most often made of high-density polyethylene. PEHD or polypropylene PP. These are materials that are safe to use and which, in addition to having no smell or taste, possess exceptional mechanical resistance. The structure of the material is such that it does not corrode or peel over time, so the service life of the tank is over 50 years.

Using

Plastic reservoirs are placed on a surface that must be flat, without protrusions and without slopes. When burying the cisterns, care is taken to ensure that the base is flat and contains a 100mm layer of sand, which helps to level the bottom of the hole properly. It is also necessary to pour sand around the tank in order to create a tanpon layer between the tank and the ground. The maximum allowable layer of soil above the top of the tank temer is 500mm. For use when the upper layer is greater than 500 m, a concrete relief plate is installed or reservoirs with a profiled wall are made.
